Scales [NTT Character Mod]

Scales is a custom character for NTT, who emphasizes a defensive playstyle, with abilities that allow him to tank large quantities of damage.

---ABILITIES---

• Passive: Is Slower, Heavy Armor
  • Scales moves slower, but takes less damage! He can even reduce hits to zero if his shield meter isn't empty.

• Active: Counterstrike
  • Using your active right before taking a hit will negate the hit, and cause you to retaliate with a powerful counterstrike.

• Throne Butt: Vengeance Counter
  • Countering a hit that would have killed you will increase your counter damage, and also fully restore your shield meter.

• Ultra Mutations
  • Ultra A: Return Fire:
    • Countering an attack will cause you to fire your held weapon for free.
  • Ultra B: Bulwark
    • Take even less damage. Countering an attack boosts your damage reduction for a little bit.
  • Ultra C: Second Wind
    • The window to land a counter is tighter, but landing a counter resets it's cooldown instantly.
  • Ultra D: Sheer Tenacity
    • Upon taking a lethal hit, you instead ignore it, and lose all damage reduction for the rest of the stage. This effect occurs after strong spirit.
